estate broker specializing in locating temporary housing. We introduce
you, the “Guest,” to providers offering short term (1-6 months) and
medium term (7-12+ months) furnished and unfurnished rooms, studios and
larger units, including houses. Our accommodations are designed to be within financial reach of middle managers, researchers and corporate interns, as well as
those who need to stretch their relocation dollars over an extended
stay. |
| Our housing is mainly provided through a network of private owners (“Hosts”). This
network provides a unique source of comfortable, affordable housing
within the metropolitan New York area: Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York State, and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Our fees are reasonable. There is a modest initial counseling fee. If a
placement is made, there is a success fee, which varies depending on
length of stay. If your relocation is for a corporation, check to
see if your employer has a contract with HomeStay to pay our
fees on your behalf. |
